What is Ground Truth?

Ground Truth \’graund ‘truth\ n : In military jargon, the term is used to describe the true reality of a situation, as opposed to what intelligence reports and mission plans assert the reality to be.

In the Truth Experience, Ground Truth is used to describe the reality of your own truth guidance system, your TGS, as opposed to what your parents, peers, or success and diet gurus spout as being the way to wealth, happiness and skinny jeans.

When you dive into the Truth Experience, fun things start happening. You get honest with yourself, awaken and connect to your spirit.  You are able to acknowledge, embrace and heal your past and your relationship with your body.  You hear your calling and give yourself permission to create a world that is grounded in your own beliefs about what is right for you to flourish.

And that means what, exactly?

You gain health and lose weight.  Your stress levels drop.  You align your work with your values rather than the other way around.  Your "to do list" becomes more like a "ta da list" because you choose how to live your day.

You wake up.  You reconnect.  You create and fall in love with you.

It’s a very powerful place and it begins when you allow a single tap root to ground into your truth, touch your soul and set you free.
