What is Weight Coaching?

I want to start calling it "Health Gain" coaching rather that "Weight" or "Weight Loss" coaching.  That's so much more fun and it doesn't sound like anything that would deprive you of anything.  Besides, focusing on what you want to grow is more joy-filled than obsessing on what you want to get rid of!

Either way, "The Truth Experience and Your Weight" is for you if you’ve graduated from following fad diets and punishing your body thin.  Standing on your own Ground Truth will allow you to

  • move past the dieting drama;
  • end that battle in your brain around food and your body;
  • find the truth about what and how much your body needs for fuel;
  • be at peace while allowing your body time to heal;
  • feel satisfied, nourished and in control; and
  • lose weight at a natural pace for you... for the last time.

While this is absolutely not a diet, I will also ask that you keep a daily journal.  This is not to satisfy my deep desire to be the food police.  This is, honestly, the most effective tool for Truth discovery and recovery from emotional eating patterns.  I don't care what you eat.  I care that we uncover why you eat when you are not physically hungry.
